  • The production equipment we possess offers a unique, partially automated technology for radial and helical winding of fiberglass fibers when producing the pipe. The angle of the winding is at a certain degree and controlled entirely by a computer (the machine manufacturer’s know-how), which guarantees the ultimate strength of the final product, which can not be achieved by an entirely manual manufacturing process
  • All our pipes are molded completely onto mandrel without any welding and with a mirror inner coating to ensure maximum product life
  • In addition to the chemical barrier layer according to the standard, we add two additional layers of synthetic fabric that prevents the formation of air bubbles in the pipe and contributes to its extra strength and smoothness
  • The finished pipe bakes in a special oven at exactly set temperature at any point on its surface
  • The raw materials we use are of the highest quality, imported by established European manufacturers
  • The production base we built is designed and tailored to the specifics of this production and ensures optimum temperature conditions (t 15-22 °, humidity, lack of direct sunlight, dew point)
